Whether you're wanting to work through a specific issue or just want to feel more grounded and connected to your own body and mind, 1:1 healing sessions are a safe, calm, and supportive space, completely tailored to your needs. Pulling on healing modalities such as EFT/tapping, Reiki, breath, and meditation to heal from the inside out. Perhaps you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in limiting thought beliefs and patterns, maybe you're ready to gain more self-trust and confidence, or you're ready to release some emotional weight you've been carrying around?

Each 75-minute session is a calm, gentle, and welcoming space to feel heard, seen, and supported.

Together, we will go through:
✺ Conversational check-in and intention setting for the session
✺ Personalised EFT/tapping sequence based on your needs
✺ Reiki complemented with breath and meditation, maybe even some affirmations
✺ Grounding and take-home integrations

No previous experience with any modality is required - just an open mind and heart!

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)—more commonly known as tapping—is a gentle, evidence-based practice that combines elements of cognitive therapy, exposure work, and acupressure to support emotional healing and nervous system regulation.

By tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on a challenging emotion, memory, belief, or sensation, you send calming signals to the nervous system. This interrupts the stress response, encouraging stuck emotions to be processed and released from the body safely.

When we’re carrying stress, anxiety, or unresolved emotions, it often shows up physically—through tension, headaches, fatigue, or digestive issues. EFT helps remove energetic blocks that may be contributing to both emotional and physical discomfort.

It’s a holistic and gentle mind-body technique that aims to reduce the body’s stress response, rewire negative associations and regulate emotions by releasing or reducing the emotional intensity of an issue.

This technique can:
✺ Gently reduce stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
✺ Improve your relationship with food and your body
✺ Build body confidence and self-trust
✺ Release limiting beliefs or self-sabotaging thoughts
✺ Alleviate physical pain like back tension or headaches

Reiki is a gentle but powerful energy healing practice that supports your body’s natural ability to heal - physically, emotionally, and energetically. Reiki works by channeling universal life force or healing energy through the hands, helping to release stuck or stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and restore balance to the body.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or simply in need of deep rest, Reiki offers a space to soften and realign.

Whether you’re wanting to book a single session or a couple, first book in for an available appointment time. For your initial appointment, there will be a short onboarding form to complete during the scheduling process - this not only allows you to get clear on your intention and focus, but also ensures we get the most out of our session/s together by letting me know what’s going on and coming up for you ahead of time.

1. Book & Onboarding

We’ll meet and connect in person for your 75-minute session, pulling on a range of modalities including EFT/tapping, reiki, breath and meditation specific to you. This may include gently working with your body to process heightened/negative emotions, manage stress/anxiety, release stored emotions/energy, or explore limiting beliefs, all while regulating your nervous system.

2. We have our Session!

After our session, you’ll receive some take-home integrations to continue using these techniques beyond our session/s and reaffirm what we focused on or uncovered. You may find 1x session feels right or book in for another session!
