our beloved yoga by the sea sessions are returning this february!!

sessions offered across two locations at port willunga & somerton park!

join me for a nourishing 60 minute slow flow by the ocean. a space for you to slow down, gently move your body and connect with your body, mind and breath.

after the flow, reflect and connect with guided journaling prompts and a cup of tea, or perhaps even an ocean dip!
